First and foremost is to find a company which hires jumping castles with inflatable walls. Fully inflatable walls on a jumping castle ensure the upmost safety for users as they cannot collapse like some mesh / netted wall castles. Fully inflatable wall castle are safer than netted wall castles, but are more expensive to purchase so use this as a guide to the professionalism of the company when shopping around.

Secondly, ensure the company has public liability insurance. This insurance will cover any one using the equipment in case of an accident and is an absolute must when hiring. Most reputable companies will have the ‘Certificate of Currency’ on their website under the safety section. If it is not displayed online or available to view then walk away; the company is probably uninsured.

Some very reputable hire companies may even employ the services of a safety auditing company to check and approve all safety systems and procedures.
